Waymar's Destrier is the horse ridden by Ser Waymar Royce when he ranged Beyond the Wall.
Appearance and Character[]
The horse is large and black, fitting in with all of Waymar's attire. It seems to have similar traits to it's master, as it gets impatient at the slow pace of Will's garron.

Waymar rides the horse beyond the Wall during his first ranging, even though he is told that a garron survives better in the harsh climates. When they arrive at the clearing that Will says he saw thw dead wildlings in, Waymar leaves the horses, including his destrier, under the command of Gared.
