Sister's Stew is a thick creamy white seafood stew that is served on the three islands known as the Three Sisters.
The stew is made with leeks, carrots, barley, and turnips white and yellow, pepper, salt, clams, chunks of cod and crabmeat in a stock of heavy cream and butter. There are three kinds of crabs in it: Red crabs and spider crabs and conquerors.
