Quellon allies himself with Euron Greyjoy at the Kingsmoot on Old Wyk. Quellon tells Victarion Greyjoy about the warlocks being held prisoner aboard the Silence. He is spotted by Victarion in the main hall of Lord Hewett's castle. He had torn a tapestry from the walls and was wearing it. He was one of the people to shout down Euron's plans to sail to Slaver's Bay.
