Qarlton Chelsted was Lord of House Chelsted and became Hand of the King to Aerys II Targaryen after the exile of his prior hand, Jon Connington. He disagreed with Aerys in regards to his plot to place wildfire around the city, to burn it in case Robert I Baratheon took it. As a result he was dipped in wildfire and burned alive.
