Norjen works with Aeron Greyjoy on Great Wyk, and helps to drown and resuscitate Emmond. He is present when news comes of the death of King Balon Greyjoy. He travels with the other Drowned Men to Pebbleton, where he is present for Aeron declaring a Kingsmoot.
