Ser Marlon Manderly is an anointed knight of House Manderly and is the cousin of Lord Wyman Manderly. He is above six foot and is head of the garrison at White Harbor.

Marlon is present in the New Castle when Ser Davos Seaworth is brought before Wyman. He is curt when he questions Davos. Wyman sends Marlon away with Davos, instructing him to have him executed, his hands chopped off and an onion stuck in his mouth. Marlon seems to be one of the few that Wyman trusts with the news of his secret, as Davos is kept alive.
