Lewys Piper is a boy of House Piper, and is the younger son of Lord Clement Piper. He resembles his father. Lewys serves as a squire to Ser Jaime Lannister.

A Feast for CrowsEdit

Lewys is named as a squire to Jaime after his father bends the knee. Although Jaime disapproves of naming horses due to the fact that they will no doubt die in battle, he finds the names that Lewys gives amusing, so he keeps them. Lewys pick berries when they leave King's Landing to go to The Riverlands. Jaime has some and tells Lewys to give some to Ser Ilyn Payne as well. Lewys asks Jaime where he received his bruises. Jaime ies and tells them that they are lovebites, when actually they are picked up from Jaime's night time duels with Ser Ilyn.

Lewys is taunted by Ser Daven Lannister upon arrival at the siege of Riverrun. Whilst Jaime laughs he also requests that his cousin go easy on the boy, suggesting that he has grown to like his squire. Ser Jaime hopes that Lord Clement stays true to his bent knee as he would hate to execute Lewys, who he has grown fond of.
