King Horgan Hoare, also known as Horgan Priestkiller, was a King of the Iron Islands and man of House Hoare.

Horgan allowed for the construction of a sept on the island of Old Wyk, which was considered the holiest of the Islands by the Drowned Men. The Drowned Men rose in rebellions, but, according to Archmaester Haereg, he dealt with them by slaughtering them.
