Ser Harras Harlaw, also known as Harras the Knight, is an anointed knight of House Harlaw and the head of House Harlaw of Grey Garden. He is the heir to Ten Towers. He wields the ancestral Harlaw valyrian steel sword, Nightfall.

Harras is tall and has a long face. He is considered austere.

In his youth, Harras was friends with Rodrik Greyjoy. Victarion Greyjoy enjoyed thrashing him.

A Feast for Crows[]
The banner of Harras is spotted at Ten Towers by Asha Greyjoy. He is then spotted by Aeron Greyjoy at the Kingsmoot on Old Wyk. He stands as one of the three champions of Asha.
Hotho Harlaw reports to Victarion that, during the Taking of the Shields, Harras planted his standard beneath the castle of Grimston and challenged them to single combat. He fought and defeated seven men, killing five, and the septon delcared that the gods favoured him. Harras was risen to be the new Lord of Greyshield by King Euron Greyjoy.
