Princess Elia Nymeros Martell was a Princess of Dorne and Princess Consort of the Seven Kingdoms. She married the Prince of Dragonstone, Rhaegar Targaryen, and by him birthed Rhaenys and Aegon. Elia and her two children were murdered by Tywin Lannister's men, including Ser Gregor Clegane, during the Sack of King's Landing. Due to her death, Dorne still holds grudges against House Lannister and House Clegane.
