When Ser Jaime Lannister arrives at Raventree Hall to end the Siege of Raventree Hall, Tytos fears that he will lose his daughter, Bethany, as a hostage. Instead he offers Edmund, suggesting that he could serve Jaime as a squire. Jaime refuses, saying he already has enough squires. Both Bethany and Edmund stay at Raventree, as Hoster Blackwood is taken as a hostage instead.
