Benjen Stark was Lord Rickard Stark youngest son and Eddard Stark only surviving sibling after the Robert's Rebellion. After the end of rebellion, Benjen joined the Night's Watch becoming First Ranger for the Watch.
Early life
Benjen was Lord Rickard's youngest son. During the Tourney at Harrenhal, Benjen attended with his siblings. At the tourney, Benjen's sister Lyanna help rescued one of their bannerman Howland Reed from being attacked by a group of squires. After the attack, Benjen offered Howland a horse and some armor, so he could challenge his attackers. After the end of Robert's Rebellion, Benjen took the black and joined the Night's Watch, becoming a ranger for the Watch.
